If I could change one thing about our country it would defenetly be peoples way of thinking and the inequality between both genders, I am all about defending women’s rights, it’s an important issue not only in our country but the whole world. Most people here say that «women belong in the kitchen» that they have to stay at home, watch the kids, cook the food and make sure their husband is doing well. Women aren’t just some robots that will give you food and babies.
Women get abused on a daily basis and are afraid to speak up, women get sexually assaulted and are afraid to speak up, we are always going to get judged for everything we do, the way we dress and the way we act, but why are we afraid to stand up for our own rights? Because of the society, a women could get raped and people wouldn’t believe her or they would say that she asked for it, because of her choice of clothing, we don’t want to be called dramatic or crazy for wanting to have basic human rights, but it shouldn’t be a women issue if a man is unable to control himself. Of course It’s not all men, but it is enough women.
Women struggle to find jobs because they say women can’t drive, a women can’t be a builder, a women isn’t as strong as a man, a woman won’t get paid the same amount of money as a man will on the exact same job. But why should we have this struggle and always be compared to men?
